Rentals are subject to prior bookings, owner use, and rate changes without notice. Please verify rates and availability when placing a reservation.
- Rental rates are detailed on each homes individual web page. Security deposits are required for each home. There is a mandatory cleaning fee charged for each home so that you do not have to spend the last day of your stay cleaning. All rentals also include a $40.00 booking fee. Marin County imposes a 14% occupancy tax on all rentals less than 30 days. This tax will be added to your rental amount, cleaning fee and booking fee.
- If during your stay, you are planning to have any additional guests please contact Oceanic Realty to discuss the impact of those additional guests on the septic system at your rental home. It is understood that you or your guests will not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with neighboring property owners or tenants with such entertaining. Oceanic Realty cannot accommodate any large parties, graduation parties, weddings ceremonies or receptions. The rental home cannot be left in the possession of unsupervised minors. Oceanic Realty reserves the right to terminate tenancies without any refund of security deposit, rent, tax, cleaning fee should it be determined that such parties are being held at the home that you have rented.
- There is a one week minimum from mid-June through September, and the Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. There is a three night minimum for all other holidays, and a two night minimum for all other reservations. All oceanfront properties will have a week minimum during Indian Summer (Sep-Oct). SINCE COVID WE ARE NOT DOING ANY RENTALS LESS THAN A WEEK WHETHER SIP OR NOT.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Oceanic Property Management Group, Inc. has a 60-day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits will be refunded less a $125.00 cancellation fee. Should you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, Oceanic Property Management Group, Inc. will make every effort to re-rent your rental home to another tenant. If we are able to do so, then your security deposit will be refunded less the $125.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property, then the entire deposit will be forwarded to the owner of the property as damages to cover a portion of the cost of lost rental revenue caused by your cancellation. As stated under the Rent, Tax, and Cleaning Fee section above, Oceanic Property Management Group, Inc. will invoice you for the rent, tax, and cleaning fee 30 days prior to your arrival date. The rent, tax, and cleaning fee are due 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your full rental period, then Oceanic Property Management Group, Inc. will refund your rent, tax, cleaning fee, and security deposit less a $125.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property, then the rent will be forwarded to the owner and the tax, cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded to you less the $125.00 cancellation fee.
