198 Seadrift Road features a bright, open living area with wall-to-wall windows offering lots of natural light and spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining area and updated kitchen.  A classic mid-century modern design makes for easy indoor-outdoor living and the house is set into the dunes for oceanside privacy. The large updated patio is ideal for family and friends to enjoy a BBQ or gather at the long outdoor dining table with cozy heat lamps.  All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and easy access to the hot tub which has views of Mt.Tam. This property is not pet friendly.

Features: Large patio with gas BBQ, updated kitchen, hot tub, and wood-burning fireplace. Pickleball and tennis courts are provided at the end of the spit.

This home has recently been updated with new landscaping and a remodeled kitchen.

Sleeps: 9 in 4 bedrooms each with it's own ensuite bathroom.  There is one king in the primary bedroom, two twins in the middle bedroom, 3 more twins in the bunk room and a separate guest cottage with 2 twins.

Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is at 10am.
